Swingarm bearing install??

When installing the bearings in the swing arm do you insert them from the middle or outside? My swing arm is pretty chewed up inside and I can't really tell, but it looks as if they need to be installed from the inside.I am not sure which way? I know the bushings go on the outside but do the bearings go in first from this side or from the middle?
Sorry for the long post, just trying to make it so everyone understands what I am talking about.

I got it from the outside.The inside you just find a socket that is near the diam. of the bearing and run an extension through the other side, connect them and tap on the end of the extension.
