What did you actually replace when you say clutch?

It sounds like you do need new steel plates or possible new springs. Are you sure you have the springs as tight as they should be and did you soak your plates in oil before re installing them?

I put new springs in and they're tight. I never soaked the fiber plates. They're soaked now cause i've rode it around for about half an hour to an hour. Does it matter if i soaked them or not? Is there any adavantages? I think i need new steel plates too.

You problly do not need to soak the plates now the only reason you do that is so they do not absurb oil from your motor. The only way that would have let them slip is if you did soak them in a fully synthetic oil they may slip at first.
