I think it would be a great race to do, but since I've never raced a desert race, I will start a little smaller and maybe do it next year! Looking forward to some coverage of this event though - for sure!!! Good luck to all who are racing it!!!

Team Guilty is 3rd expert off the line. Also just found out there are 20 experts pre entered. Cory Hove from Alba (which rocks BTW) is also entered in the race not sure what ATV class though.

Nic raced the Las Vegas 200 at the end of last year.

Vtr_Racing
04-14-2005, 10:37 PM
Pitting isnt too bad. Depending on how you set em up. The area where it becomes an issue will be up towards the top of the course. Getting from Pits 4 to 5 or 6. You may want to have another crew to do those, depending on which one your going to switch riders etc.......If the crew from 6 or 5 is going to go to 7, watch out, johnnie law will be out there! Coming out of 3 and 4 you will have lots of BLM out there too.

For the most part it is. Strange story on how we formed the team but it all worked out and its kinda cool. We are there primarily to have fun racing. If we do 1/2 way decent thats just icing on the cake. Couple of old desert racers having a good time.Eric girlfriend Chantal Childress, Shaun Kuriyama and family and Todd Johnson I would consider part of our team. They have their own things going on but they both have been very instrumental for Team Guilty and we could have done it without their help. We are one big family and help each other out....... Thats what makes desert racing so cool.

Are any of you other quad teams going to the Elementary school on Friday? We did that at the Henderson race and the kids loved it. Let them look at our equipment and handed out stickers and stuff. Good for the sport. Hope some other teams participate. Email Diane at BITD and she will fill you in.
