ive been goin to the dunes for a long *** time but never bothered purchasing front sand tires. i was wondering how much of a difference they make?

From comparison of my friends R without them then my R with them, they do make a considerable amount of difference being able to slice into the sand and turn a lot faster and better. Where not having them will slide more and not be as responsive. You can definately run without them but if you plan on duning a lot it is a good purchase to make.

Not to mention they don't plow the sand they ride on top. A lot less drag. I like the widest front tire I can find

Well, the best way i can describe it. Lets say have u ever ridden in a boat? Ok.. Sand tires. can be like a boats hull? Bigger the V ,hull the easier, smoother its goin to cut,turn thru the water/ Sand.. !!


OK. i've ridden without. frnt sand tires for a while. Recently i got enough money to get some front dune tires. What can i say. tremendous improvement! Smoother, smooth thru the whoops(frnt end just pops up) Turns better. Looks better!

ya if you have cut fenders they dont spit up sand as much

front sand tires are a good investment. They really give you a lot more control. What kind do you plan on getting? I like the razors but the mohawks are nice too.

Get the plain in simple . effective GBC dunetrackers. very Light. Compared to ITP sand stars..

why not skip the dune tires and get ITP mudlites? :D
