Yeah the one guy i know has a 99 400ex it has a 440 big bore kit with a stroker also has a after market pipe,carb,and some other small things. It's in good condiction only down fault is i needs put back together the motor is whole. He say's he has all the part's and stuff. I remember being at the shop when he picked the motor up the bill for getting his motor all done and stuff was like $2,700. He got the motor work done because he blew the motor up. The quad has been setting for around 2 years so do you guy's think anything could be the matter with the motor. What do you guy's think i should offer him for it? Trade in value on a 99 is $1965 and retail is $2900.
