i feel really stupid for asking this....but are 250 x's and 250r's the same??

if not...whats the difference

250x is four stroke and 250r is two stroke

the 250x is like almnost the same thing as the 300ex.....nothing like the 250r

250x=the old version of a 300ex, same thing except for engine, same speed too, they started makin them in the 80s and stopped in like 92 or 93

250r-2-stroke made from 86-88 i believe, race ready machine, everyone wants one now, they are fast and sweet


and don't feel stupid, we all had to find out this way too

They made 250R's until 89:) . But yea, the 250R is wayyyy faster, and it is a 2 stroke.
