What next?

I have an ex with axis shocks, maier fenders, nerfs, handlebars, air filter, exhaust, holeshots HD's, and i want to do something to my engine to make it go a little faster and have a little more pep, i don't feel like doing anything to drastic like 440 or anything because i want it to keep its quality, and i don't feel like paying over 250-300 bucks, have any ideas?

i have 2 friends and they each did that, one blew his head gasket and the other cracked a valve spring and it punctured right through his piston, maybe its just bad luck idk

I agree. If done right, it will be close to as reliable as stock, but with more power. Did he use a drop in cam? The drop in cams dont require any valvetrain mods.
