BTW, that gas tank is going to be switched for a Clark oversized one

also, i would like to thank everybody on this site that helped me out with this project by selling me parts that met my limited budget. this entire 250r was built with parts sold to me by members of this site, and rriders, which has been down for a long time!

That looks sweet!!!!! I am jsut starting my project 250r. All I have right now is a stock 87 frame modified by Walsh... front brake resevoir and lines and and airbox eliminator kit. I got a long way to go.... LOL

I would like to know how much you have invested so far... and what you project for a finished product. That way I can break the news to my wife...who is hating me right now....:grr:

actually, to tell you the truth, i don't really know how much i've spent so far. i got a lot of great deals, and some stuff from buddies of mine for practically nothing in cost, but i project my finisheg cost to be around $3000+ for everything i've got in mine. good luck on ur project, and have fun!:)

Of course ppl like to brag how much they have into their units, I'd rather brag about how little I have into mine haha, that way when it sits... I dont feel so stupid about it:blah: Its not about how much or little.. its about the acomplishment of putting 1 together opposed to buying it;)

I say the word quad.. or R.. my baggage changes the subject or just walks away b!tchin' LOL
