nope, not too bad really if you have a honda manual. just take plastics and gas tank off. once done with that there is a plastic cover under it take that off too. you'll have to take the valve cover off next make sure to mark the bolts with numbers to there proper hole (there not the same lenghts) loosen the cam chain and yours will pull out. be careful taking the decompression spring out that it dont fall in, use a lot of assembly oil on the new cam and put it in. you will have to readjust your valves go by hotcams little red card that comes with it for the gaps though, then start putting it back together. make sure to have the owners manual. it tells you all the torque specs and will show you how to take it all apart and put back together.
