I just bought a swingarm from jodaguy on ebay. He said in the item description and an email that it had no cracks. It took forever for me to get it, and when i finally did, it ha 5 cracks, including one thats at least 5 inches long. I could see how he could miss 2 of the cracks because they were little but not the big one. I gave him the oppurtunity to fix the problem and he just ignored me. so be careful if you are ever thinking about buying from this guy.

ya im gonna have to have it welded up. i payed 230 for it. It can still be used but its gonna be $80 to get it to the way it way supposed to be when i bought it.

I mis-spelled the guy screename in the subject line. its "jodaguy" i just want to make sure everybody knows the guys name.

I left him negative feedback. Can i report him to ebay for giving an incorrect item description? And how do i go about doing that?

Yes, you can file a claim with EBay since the description was misleading and/or false.
