i posted about 2 weeks ago about a 03 z400 i found for $2900, and i was gonna get it but the sum b^tch sold, so now i found an ad for this 400ex. Check it out and tell me wut u guys think. Im just gonna be doin trail riding probably, maybe some harescrambler races later on.

1999 HONDA 400ex, new tires, new HMF exhaust from Head, Renthal bars, K&N filter, AC bumper, HMF coolant deflectors, RK chain, shock protectors, very low hours, must see, no disappointments, excellent condition. $2,800 obo.

carry him 2400 but keep a little more in the vehicle and tell him... i got 2400 cash... ill give u it right now for it... if he says no... up it a little more and then say.. ok this is all i have... take it or leave it (if you understood that:D )... he should latch on to it... sounds like a good deal even for 2800;)

im 16 and it'll be my first quad if i get it, ive been goin back and forth between wantin a z400 and a 400ex, and id kinda rather have a z400, but i might get this ex since the z's seem to cost much more and i cant really afford much more then this 400ex. I had a great deal on a completely stock, hardly ridden, 03 z400 for $2900, but it sold the first day the guy put the ad out. So that sucked

and can u order the quiet core insert by itself? cuz it has an hmf full system and that might be a tad too loud for where i will ride

My buddy just bought is 2001, in great shape, Pro circuit pipe, custom made chromoly sub frame (electronics were put inside of air box, looks REALLY clean), aluminum airbox, new tires all the way around for $2000.

UPDATE: my dad called him today and he still has it, were goin tomorrow after school to look at it and if it seems to be in good shape im gonna offer him $2400 cash and go from their
