we need to know where u want yur powerband. v-force is good for top end, boysen for bottom end. there r variables such as number of petals and the angle of the reeds. in general i avoid anything thas pyramid style. carbon fiber petals last the longest, fiberglas opens easier but will flutter at high rpm and the edges on fiberglas fray an brake off easier.

lookin for topend and i knew v-force was topend but i was wondering if there are any better reeds? i guess i am better off just going with v-force instead of any other company

v-force delta 3 for an 89 cr250 dirtbike but yul hafta port out the backside of the reed so the intake matches the boot. its easy to do.

so the delta 3 is the way to go? and what do you mean port out the backside of the reed

the hole where the air goes into the reed cage is too small and blocks airflow in a trx setup, a dremel makes short work of it or even a good carpet nife an 15 or 20 minutes would hav it matched to a trx boot.
