Is anyones girlfriend or wife jealous of how much love you give your 4wheeler? Mine sure is shes always blabbin how I spend more time cleaning it and talking to it then her! HAHA:blah: Anyone have this problem?

I like to ride my V-force the wife dont mind where i live i can go anytime so i will go out on a saturday--And take her with me on sunday that way it makes it all good,,lol,,,with both of us.. 16yrs togetther and still its all good just have to have the right women...lol

im not as bad with my quad as my car, but hell the stuff i love and pay for and have fun with means a lot to me

my mom likes that i love all this stuff though, gives me something to do, she thinks my car is to powerfull but i've been drivin since i was 7 and i can do sweet $hit with it, she knows, shes just givin me crap

she also likes takin pictures of me ridin and doin wheelies:D

If she won't join you in the festivities of riding and everything associated with the sport, then get her into a hobby she really likes!! That might keep her from complaining about the time and money spent with your quad!!

the only time i get upset is when i can't go on a local ride with my husband because i can't keep up with him or his crazy friends. I sadly have a 4x4 and the rest of them have sport quads so naturally they are going to go faster and have a softer ride. I look at it this way i can either b----- about it or be cool with it, and usually am pretty cool about it cause i am trying to get faster and it takes time a practice & he spends a lot more time with me...so when he is off doing those crazy rides i spend time with my wonderful little angels---my 2 nephews.

This is my boyfriend's name but I'm using it cuz I can't get my own right now for some reason. You guys are being pretty mean. He spends so much time with his fourwheeler and I feel like it's a constant competition. I know that you guys aren't complaining about us while in bed so why would u complain out? Sometimes I get really fed up with trying to compete with a machine. I understand what a big part of your life it is cuz his quad is everything to him. But every once in a while, we need to know that you love us more than that and you need to show us that. We don't like being put second all the time. All you hafta do is find a happy medium and work out compromises to the time spent with the fourwheeler.

Since when do you compete with a fourwheeler?I'm sure you have something that makes you happy too!Give your man a break once you have riding in your blood there is nothing better.My boys are 9 & 11 and put riding in front of everything too. Get yourself a quad, you'll love it!

You either ride or you don't!My buddy dumped $13,000 in a new YFZ450 for his wife thinking it would make her want to ride.She still sits at camp and watches my 11 year old drag race on it!

(Still the girlfriend) I completely support him and his desire to ride and race. He is an incredible racer and has a lot of potential. However, we don't get to spend a lot of time together these days because of our work schedules and my school, so when we do see each other, I want all his attention and not sit outside with him while he fixes his quad or whatever. I do ride with him and when me and him ride I have a good time, but there are times when he rides without me and I sit and watch and I get a little bored with that after, oh, about 3 hours or so. There's only so much I can be expected to take. As to getting my own quad, some of us pay for school and a car and insurance and other various bills and have a fixed income so I don't have 5 or 6 grand to throw away right now on a machine that will just be for fun. I have to get an education and pay for the transportation there.

aww you just gotta get used to it.....I didnt care for it at first but now i love to ride double. I can still keep up with my buddies who ride alone (well for the most part lol) Doing wheelies up and down huge hills while riding double is the best, especially when ppl are watching.

I remember when i used see ppl riding double and wheelieing and stuff and i always wished i could do it, now i can and its great.


Just take some time and ride double, and get used to it....it can be pretty fun, i can still throw my quad around and everything because she always leans with me, without any hesitation.
