Need help jetting !

I just installed a DG exhaust with a unifilter air filter and open airbox lid. I have a jet kit and i need to know what size to use with these mods. I tried a 160 main with the stock pilot jet and if i pin the throttle is dies. Any ideas ? suggestions ?
do i need to adjust anything else on my carb ?

trial and error,, altitude changes everything,, try them all out until its dialed in
