Do I need to drill into my stock peg to mount my nerfs?

I got some graydon proline nerfs off of ebay and dont have instructions. the rear of each nerf has 2 mounting holes. i think one is for the screw that is already part of the peg, but I'm thinking i need to drill the other hole??

the only part u need to drill is the part thye goes on ht e [eg...in th front..

so i actually need to drill 2 holes in the peg to mount them. do i drill all the way through both sides of the peg?

and i have a body skid on my quad also. i'm guessing the way the front of the nerfs mount is to use the 2 U shaped bolts and mount it over the frame. however the skid is in the way, so am i supposed to drill through the skid plate now???? can someone post some pics???

its all depends on how mong the bolts r....lay them down on the peg to see if they r short no ull only need to drill through 1 side
