Hey Guys. My Girlfriend just bought me like 12 visits to go tanning. I have no idea about this chit. How long should I go for and how often. Give me any info that would be useful please!!!

damn .. if your really fair start with 5 and work your way up .. I started with 10 and burnt the chit outta myself.

Depending on your complextion, start slow...like 6-7 minutes the first few times. Then gradually work up to 15. You can get burned (like sunburn) if you go too fast and long. I'm goin 15 minutes now, but i had to work up to that! I also use a lotion to help so my skin doesn't get too dry. Good luck.....

I have a tanning bed in my basement.. :o (my sisters)

Start at like 10 minutes.. dont go past 15.

Cover anything you don't want to get burned......becuase if you don't cover it...it WILL get burnt!! LOL!!!! I used to do the indoor tanning.......but it's horrible for your skin. Now the only tanning I do is out of a bottle. See if you can trade them in for a visit to a massage parlor! ;)

Dude you will get skin cancer if you keep intentionally tanning! At least thats what the skin experts, dermatologists tell us. they are always saying whenever you are out in the sun to put sunscreen on. I dont. I burn at first, then tan just a little but not a lot. i dont really make it a point to lie around tanning. Now if Im sitting on a beach drinking beer and get tanned a bit, now thats one thing.

..... shes even kinda crazy bout my farmers tan... (the song)

My girlfriend worked at a tanning salon. I tried tanning once for free. that was the last time.LOL She gave me some tingler lotion that is supposed to keep you cool and make you tan better. I was up all night because my @$$ was itching and tingling all night.LOL

Usually the tanning salon tells you how long you are suppose to fry your skin for. Thats what they did my first and last time! :rolleyes:
