440ex wont start!!! please help

I just put a 440 kit in my 400ex i put everything together and when i went to start it it just keeps trying to turn over ive checked the spark and ive got it and ive got compression i dont know what else to check please help! please email at kcdog51@aol.com

your timing could be off,get your manual and double check your cam timing withthe factory.all this is after you confirm your getting fuel since you are getting spark:)

dont know if its worth mentioning but i just got done also but a 416 and i put it all back together and i only put a little gas in it,and was wondering why it wouldnt start.well i guess i didnt put in enough to fill the reserve,so when i had the gas on nothing was coming out,so switch it to reserve and see if it fires,maybe it will work........
