pappy have some trx90 ? for you about jetting

My little brother has a trx90with a big full system and i belive im correct your son has one to and i was wondering what size jetts do you use becase it ran fine during the winter now its running like crap.

we run stock jetting with a stock bore 11-1 piston, big gun race series and the lid on.

we just installed our 114cc engine and the jetting needs to go up id say 2 sizes on the main.

if i remeber correctly there is only 1 larger size main jet available for the 90:confused:

do you have the big bore motor in it right now or is it on the way. if you have it in hows the power my brothers gonna need some more soon.

we installed it tuesday night and i have to remove it monday night seeing that its illegal for us to run in the gncc races:(

no biggie we will use it for his mx quad.

power is good, but IMO, go 11-1 piston, port the intake tube, head and exhaust, install a good cam and the new big gun race series and hammer on. throw on a 2 tooth smaller rear sprocket and she will rip.
