should i cut my fenders?

heres a look at my front of my 400ex its got the stock handle bars on it but i got the rethals waitin ot be put on it should i cut them down?..my fenders?

if you just ride for fun....i would leave them on...but if you are going to try to get into mx...you might consider it....but i think it looks good with them on
