Yes, he is dead. Anyone who thinks different is wasting their time.

He was a GREAT artist/public speaker though. He was ahead of his time, when he releasted his first album they were rapping about "Parents just don't understand" and "Do the humpity hump" and he came out with songs like Brendas got a Baby and Young Black Male. I think he scared the government because he revealed them, and thats funny. Listen to the song "Panther Power". I think they had him killed because of this too. It makes sense because they arent investigating it like they should be. Otherwise it was gang related, because he and several other people beat down Orlando Anderson, who was an alleged crip the night he was killed. There are several theories though.
