xr250 black box

Ok i hear alot of you guys mention this swap on the 400 but we need to know what years to get it from. I would love to have the extra RPM with out spending the 100$ on a white brothers rev box

A current model should be fine. I got one for a 2000 model a while back.

Keep in mind that if it turns over slow at all it won't start with an XR250 CDI - i.e. cold weather.

Some people said with the XR250 it revs higher then the white brothers.. does anyone know how many RPM's the XR adds? I think White Bro's adds 200. Please Help.

The WB, Big gun, XR, etc are all one in the same.

Don't know where the limit is, but it's well beyond 11,000 RPM. I never hit the limit when it was on my bike.

Ok what year bike and is it a xr250r or an xr250?
If you’re in the Seattle area where did you get yours at, and where did we purchase the CDI box. I haven’t found a difference between this and a White Brothers since the cost is for both are the same.

the xr250 box costs 60 dollars and you can get it from Service honda..there in the links section or you can let white brothers assrape you of your 120 dollars
