I saw the post about a guy who took an o2 sensor and air/fuel mixture gauge from autozone, and put it on his 400ex. Any more info about this, whether it really works, and would you reccomend it? thanks.

yeah this can be done, youll have to go buy the sensor and gauge at autozone,, believe it is an autometer,, cost will end up about 125 plus labor for an exhaust shop to put the sensor into the side of your header close to the rear of the header so you can get access to it,, it sticks out about an inch or an inch and a half tho, thats the only downfall

Help out the slow ones here. Is this set up only used to get your jetting right or am I missing the point?

125 to have a the O2 sensor put in sounds crazy to me.

I put up a post with pictures a few weeks back.. Total cost including having the bung welded in my exhaust was around $80. It does work well although I'm still figuring out exactly where I want to be on the gauge for optimum performance for the EX. I haven't had to much time to tweak with it yet.
