Counter shaft Sproket

Hey hows it going asking this question for a buddy. He wants to go up to a 15 tooth sproket on the front of his 450r but we dont think it will fit do we have to get a after market Case saver plus any info on what sprokets sizes you guys are running.

Mods are K&n Full fmf Factory 4 system Stage 1 hot cams jetted perfect any info would be great along with any other tips for this bike thanks again....

i have 15 front sprocket for the 530R. it will fit without a case saver.

It is not smart to run without a case saver though. The 450 is bad about popping off chains. If you get the right case saver, you can use both. I haven't figured out which one yet. I know it is really tight with the pro-design saver. You could take it to a machine shop and get 100 thousandths or so taken out for a better fit.

i have a 15t with a golden west case saver. fits fine.
