does anyone know if a stock 400ex will fit in the back of an S-10 or Ford Ranger? these gas prices have got me down a little and have been condering buying one of these smaller trucks.

You'll have to go up and over the wheel wells for the normal rangers/s10's. They won't fit without the tailgate being down on the crew cab models.

you can even fit them in crew cabs? :confused: the crewcab S10s have beds as small as explorer sport tracs.

ya u can cause i just took my 400ex to the shop and it fitted perfeclty in the back but there was just enough rooom for the tailgate to shut

itll fit just fine in the back of my b2200, which is a clone of the ranger, so id imagine itd fit in the back of one of those. i dont see it fitting in back of an s10 though.:confused:

Mine fits in the back of my ranger fine with room to spare. My banshee that I used to have with extended arms and extended axle fit as well. At that time I even had a roll bar in the back of the truck that went to the top of the wheel wells and it still fit in.
