Im from Bossier City, LA. I ride the dunes and catahoula recreation. Not many local places to ride around Shreveport/Bossier. If anyone knows of any please let me know.... thanks :D

Catahoula Recreation is in Sicily Island, about an hour or so from Monroe. It is a very fun place to ride it has sand dunes and alot of trails. It has a very good drag strip that the owner keeps very level. Here (http://www.atvdirtbikerecreation.com/) is their website if you wanna check em out.

From Pitkin (near the enduro camp in Cravens), lived in Monroe/Swartz for about 8 years, now I'm stuck in this ****hole.

I ride the spillway when I can, it's been awhile :( Sandhills in Poplarville area. Never been to LA Dunes or Claiborne, but will be going soon :)

Right here man. I've been to sicily island many of times. You might have seen our ramp there a while back. It was a big black 4- ft X 12ft ramp. Has he done any trail work? Its been a while since ive been out there. I live about 5 minutes away from camp claiborne and the dunes. Why dont all of y'all come to the dunes this weekend, july 4th weekend is always packed. Banshee's, sand rails, and all kind of hopped up bikes will be out there. If you plan on going, let me know and I'll look you up. I plan on going Sunday.

Well, I live in pineville, just outside of Alexandria, about thirty minutes give or take away from Claiborne. My brother also lives here in Pineville, he has a 450r and I have a 400ex. he is 33 and I am 27. Feel free to invite me, ecspecially to tracks, though I work shift work so not all weekends are available, and I race my miata on a lot of weekends, jus thave to try. He is a novice rider and I am probably at an intermediate level.

Im from Bossier City, LA. There are a few tracks up here, one in plain dealing(Cypress Creek MX), and a new one in minden(Full Throttle MX) . Both are great tracks.

sicily island is about 40 minutes from natchez...right up the road from baton rouge probably about 2 hrs from you. it is one of the best places around our way to ride. they have really smooth sand drags..a few sand hills some really cool woods trails with some sweet hillclimbs. I bring paddles and holeshots so I can drag and hit the woods..the wood are not sand. you can ride all night if u like. we usually camp and make a weekend out of it.

i think i saw a picture of that place in dirt wheels and a guy was doing a table top so i thoght they had a track at sicily but i guess not... well... how good is the riding at the place any way, is it film worthy i need some video and if this place is just an open riding area with like 2 jumps and a drag then its not worth my trip down there. so what do yall think.
