I thought that i heard that some gncc riders were using quick change hubs to change tires faster. How does that work? is there a special hub required?

Well if the Nascar pit crews can do the whole shebang in like 13 seconds, Id imagine the "pit" crews in the GNCC's could do just fine without taking the hubs off.;)

Maybe they do go ahead and use "quick change" hubs:confused: I have never heard that they do.
Also cant see how it'd be that much faster.

you cant see how it would be that much faster? hrmm lets see, one bolt as opposed to 4, if you cant figure that out, then you need to put the wrench down. before you **** somthing up.

use something besides a cotter pin in the axle nut and you can take the hole wheel/ tire hub off with 1 nut

yea try to find some clip that will pop out more easily than a cotter pin.

for the pin problem i use hitch pin clips i believe they are called not sure of the exact name though?they are somewhat springy but are easy to pull out
