do you have to install a new clutch lever/perch when installing a parking brake block off?

you dont have to install a new clutch if you want to put on the parking break block off plate. but that is why people get a block off plate, they want a new clutch lever but aftermarket clutch levers dont accept parking break lines. so you put on the aftermarket clutch lever, then take out all the parking brake stuff and then put on the block off plate. but if you do this make sure you splice the wires together that come out of your clutch otherwise your 4 wheeler wont turn on. no biggie just remember to do it.
