suspension frustration

my dad cant seem to figure out the suspension on the z. he weighs maybe 220 and it always wants to "pogo stick" through bumps and it seems to be real rough. we cant figure out how to make it better.:confused:

get new shocks. Is it the rear that he is having problem with? set the rebound lower maybe?

i think we have set the rebound lower, it still seems to be weird, and yeah it is the back shock, anymore suggestions?

Soften the compression and speed up the rebound by turning the rebound screw to the right "Right = fast, Left = Slow.
