Esr box elminator kit? HRC end cap?Hp gains?

hello everybody, i was wondering if i were to get a ESR air box eliminator kit with K & N, and the HRC exhaust end cap, ofcourse the jets n Hrc needle, will i have any noticeable Hp gains?? thanks..
