Did you have any internal clearance issues? I was reading the instructions and it sayes to check a few areas. I was wondering it you had problems

nice rezzie covers...i had oen of them full throttles today..pretty good

and the quad looks awsome

clearances were all good. the piston feels a little tight but in the little packet it says that its cam ground (kinda oval shaped) so it should be all good. must've been ok otherwise my college instructor wouldnt of let me put it together:chinese:

oh and the guy in the background in one of the pics isnt itching himself lol

hard to tell cuz i just ran it with the wheels up cuz of no gas tank on yet... sounds like a strong motor though!!

powroll stroker kit w/tuff rod 750 or so
i did all the boring honing, port and polishing myself in my college small engine class.
had the cam but thats like 150 i think
gaskets and seals came to about 100 (all honda)
carb i got for 275

ummm not sure wat else im sure im forgetting other stuff. i got a good deal on parts because im sponsored by powroll and the local honda dealereship so i payed less but it was fairly close to these prices.

hope that helps, will be test riding tomorrow so i will let you guys no how it runs.
