i have stock a arms will they still work?

yes they will. You just turn down the rebound a little. They will work great.

is there anything at all wrong with them? any leaks?bad bushings? will they bolt right on to my stock 400ex?

There isnt a damn thing wrong with them. They are on a bike now. they are ready to bolt on and go.

I have a REVO, and let me tell you. It Rocks. I have four gas powered trucks nad the rREVO is the best out of the bunch.
