400 problems

Ok, I just bought a 99 400ex yesterday and I had been ridin' for about 3 hours and I was running wide open and I just lost power.
Now any time you put the bike past half throttle it won't pick up speed, but if you're in neutral, it'll rev to the moon. Any ideas?

Your main jet may have fallen out. Take out the drain plug on the bottom of the carb and see if it is laying in there. Be careful not to lose it!
