ok...i have a stock 300ex motor,and it is starting to get realy boring,so i decided on putting some work in it..i have about $260..and was hoping for some advice,i planeed on getting all of my parts from magicracing.com (anyone know of a cheaper place?) and just have the guy i bring my bike to put it in for me.well back to the point,any help would be appreciated! neil

hmm $260,that'll get you a slip on an maybe some jets to rejet your carb.or you could buy a wiseco high compression piston kit and a DG slip on exhaust.unfortunately quad goodies will eat up some cheese($$$) real quick..:(

i would have to say to get a all around web cam from magic racing that will add some power and get a high comp piston.

I just put a high comp piston in my little brothers 300ex for under $100.

I would do that and port and polish the head. Feed the beast the fuel it needs.
