what kind of power gains would i expect from a 40mm fcr

i was thinkin about getting a 40mm fcr carb for my z400. what kind of power gains should i expect and how hard is it to put it on?

if the motor is stock youll notice a little on the top end but those carbs really work well with cams and a high comp. piston.
