some guy had a bad wreck on a street bike, when someone called it in the state trooper that answered said "too bad" then hung up, they called again and he said "well he shouldnt have been playing around" and hung up. Finally when they called the 3rd time they finally got through. The guy died a few days later from his injuries and the state trooper got 15 days suspension.
