graphics computer program?

i was just looking for a computer program where i could draw graphics with. never used photoshop so don't know if that is what i want. i just want to get a program that will allow me to make stickers and stuff. not real sure how to explain it just wondering if there is anything out there i could get

You need to get Adobe Illustrator 8, 9 or 10. I know 10 is around $600 - maybe you could get 8 for cheaper. All stickers are designed in this program, not photoshop. It takes years to master so you must be patient or have someone teach you to use it properly.
