here is my setup,,

JE Sparks 10.8:1 Piston (thermal coated)
Full Port Job
Hotcams "stage 3" if thats what you wanna call it
FCR 40mm Carb 158 main stock Pilot
XR400 Cometic Gaskets
White Brothers E-series Slip on with my special header:D i ground out the welds,, thinned it out a ways,, actually seemed to help a bit
K&N and Modded air Box

That is just on the engine,, got it dialed in today,, i adjusted the valves but i think i have the cam set ahead one tooth so shes ticking lightly, i dont believe its a big deal,, she runs really good so, id say its pretty comparabe to my Modded 450R but more torq, she pulls hard and dont quit, i was very impressed,, slap some 450r plastics on and some people would have a hard time telling it was a ex :D :o the unofficial dyno results were at 41 i will get the final results soon and post the graph!

who did the port work?

did you dyno tune it? just curious because a 158 seems small in that fcr 40. i run a fcr 40 with a 175 mainjet.

what needle you running?

well, bad news,,, i think she twisted and snapped a rod,,,im running stock needle,,, at 160 main it was flooding it and not starting,, so i stayed with 158 and something gave in,, wasnt cam chain and it was a klank klank klank like a rod,, hopefully the piston is ok! well see how it comes out :(

main jet shouldn't flood the bike out unless your holding your throttle wide open when trying to start your bike

well to get it started i usually always give it a pump and it starts ight up, but 160 wasnt lettin it start so i dunno.. i think it was the valves now.,ima check into it today
