Yea the 1 im with has a borde chevy 350 and bored out je pistons rand all kinds of **** doen to the engine but its diffrent then the 1 the kid posted thats blue because the 1 im with is a self starting sprint which means u just turn key and hit button to start the blue is a puch start sprint u have to push it to get it started like bump starting a quad 2 completely diffrent classes
Sprint Cars are a blast to watch. They aren't real popular out this way but the World of Outlwas come around every year. Don't the 410's have like 1200 HP in an 800# chassis? I'm not sure if that's right:ermm:
Anyone play the WOO PC game?
Sprint cars are insane fast. If you ever get a chance to go see some race, do so.

the only sprints that race around here are bump start. methane fueled 360-410's most of my friends race them. 1/4 mile dirt oval in 9-10 seconds is increadable. if you ever get a chance to drive one of these it will be the biggest rush of your life.

Yes they are 360ci and 410ci. The outlaws run the 410's and they are not quite 1200 horse they are actually 800 and the cars with drivers weigh about 1600 lbs. But that is still awsome power to weight ratio. 1hp to every 2lbs. unreal.

those things are crazy. they used to run at mocatec over here. but the darned track got shut down because of drainage problems (local govt. shut them down) so now if i want to watch a race i have to drive over an hour up to NY.:grr:
