powdercoated 300ex frame

I have a 98 300ex frame I had powdercoated black. The frame is straight and has no cracks. The only thing wrong with the frame is there is a weld where the back grab bar mounts. The powdercoat is about a month old and has been wrapped up in my basement since it was done. Includes title. This was just a second ATV I let my buddies ride and I was planning on redoing it but I lost interest in it.

I was hoping to get around $250 OBO becuase I have almost 200 in powdercoating. So make an offer I'm not trying to make any money I just want the stuff out of my garage and some extra cash so I can buy a new yfz or 450r before summer.
