I was wondering if it was possible to put a tach on a 400ex or kfx/z 400

I know it would be sweet to have one on there......I know u could do it to a ds 650

my friend has one on his 400ex. works great until you roll it, then it is worthless. it was cool untli he recked it and now it is all messed up. His is hooked into his MSD ignition though, so i dont know if you could do it to a motor without msd. You might be able to find one off and old single cylinder street bike and make it work.
