I'm really impressed with this stuff! Before painting my banshee plastics I tested it on my old cr80 fender, I can flex the fender and everything, its really glossy.

When painting this stuff your suppose to let it sit for 24 hours after u do a few coats, then spray one last coat, then in 7 days it will be chip resistent.

give it three months of riding and see how it still looks. I have yet to see a decent painted fender.. maybe the krylon is a whole lot better.. im curious.

I've been flexing the fender, i threw it across the room, it seems to hold up fine under my abuse so far, no cracks or anything :)

Its saving me almost 500 dollars for plastics for the banshee, so I think paint cans vs 500 dollars is a good thing to do! :)

You justed used it? lol
Anyways i painted my old 250f fender awhile ago and it looked good for awhile but once it got a small chip or 2 in it, it went to hell.I put alot of coats on it too, heres what it looked like on the bike, dont have any after it chipped though i just threw it in the attic for a spare. It's the front fender that is painted.

How long did u even wait before u washed it? I'm sure if they use it on lawn chairs u can use it on plastics without it washing off.

Hey Josh: what prep work should be done before painting plastics?? I want to do it right where I don't get any cracks or chips. I will be using black paint on blue plastics.

I sanded my plastics with 400 grit paper, then put a couple coats of paint, wet sanded, then put the last final coats. They recomend not using them for 24 hours, and the paint isnt chip resititant for 7 days because the paint has to cure
