i've heard that the pure sports wear great but are mainly for trails. I hear they just dig a hole in the mud.

are you talking about Realitor's or Bandits? I don't know about Realitors, but i love my bandits (rears). I mostly run trails and they hook excellent. They also seem to work good on loose stuff. I've had mine for about 6-7 months now, and there is hardly no sigh of wear (and i've even done a few burnouts on black top). I'm only running the 4 ply, but they are still pretty tough.

Texan 32, Have you tried them in mud yet? I was looking at them a while back but heard they are terrible in mud.

Can't really remember a particular instance where i was in really bad mud. I do know that i haven't gotten stuck yet. Also, the tires are directional and i run mine backwards. it has a little more of a scoop action.

i was looking at the tread the other day. if a fella was so inclined, you could easily cut some of the tread lugs out. They are a pretty tightly packed tire. That may be why some have had problems. But like i said, i haven't had any problems yet.

Alright thanks. I will probly get them. I ride on the road too much too have a soft tire and most of the harder compound tires I have found, maxxis sur-track, all-track, have been really heavy so they bandit seems like it may be the tire for me.

Phatswinn, Have you taken them in the mud yet? I do so much mud riding around here I would hate to buy a tire that doesnt cut it.

I used to have a LT250R with realtors in the back. They were ok, but I have XC Bandit radials on the rear of my Banshee and they wear great and hook up pretty good. If you are running on trails, go with the Bandits.

The Bandit's are a really heavy tire for their size. My friend's ran them for a while, ended up going back to the All-Trac's. The 22" All-Trac's were lighter than the 20" Bandit's according to his scale. The All-Trac's certainly hooked up better, especially in mud.

sweet i was thinking of going with the all tracks anywayz...which would hook up better the all tracks or any form of the hole shots? i was also thinking of titan fast trekkers how do those wear? cause i know they are a cheap tire so im wondering on wear.
