Daylight savings time doesn't exist over here so I do not have to worry about this issue:D

So does that mean that time zones are temporarily combined somewhere on the border of where daylight savings is used and where it isnt used?

I have now idea why we do this stupid DST crap. It gives us no benefit.

It was first done in hmm the 1950's maybe?? It was to conserve electricity, to use the maximum daylight and minimum electricity to power lights during the work day.

Either you cant count or they stole a couple minutes also.
