has anyone ever ridden in alexandria LA. i lve in mobile and it is a five hour drive. i was wondering if it is worth the drive?:D

Are you talking about the old military base or LA Dunes. Both of which are southwest of Alexandria. The military base that is maintained for riding and camping is just north of Forest Hill off of HWY 165. LA Dunes is just south of Forest Hill also off of HWY 165. If you ride for a day in each place it might be worth the drive. I drove from Pensacola to ride there but wouldn't do it again.
