How would you start a Race Team or reserve a name for one so no one else can get it.

I'm not sure if you would need a "patent" like you would if you invent something..... I would think you can come up with just about any name and use it for your team.

BTW, are you planning on having a Tower City team???

Well we will prob start it in towercity but it wont be started till we can get money to get it going.

You have to get incorporated then noone can take that name

If you have an accountant you can call him/her up and they can set you up. When my brothers company got incorporated it was like 400 but that was for a class c buisness and it might be less for what you are looking for.
