Anyone ride at murph alot?
If so , what do u usually ride up there maybe ill see ya next time i go up ( ususally go up every sunday) im usually on a 400 ex with a graphics kit wit red front plastica and yellow back ones. or else ill be ridin a warrior with gators on the back or a ol 1980 tri-moto 125 3 wheeler ($120 beater)

go up osme time the trails are awesome imo as long as ur ridin there on hte weekends , the cooney bros usually dont bother you... me and all my friend usually go up on quads or in trucks , and we have never had any probs on the weekends

where is murph at i live about a h;af hour away from altoona and never heard of it

if you're going up the buckhorn from altoona to murph , when u get to the top of the mountain by the farris wheel?(i m not sure if its still called that) but on hte left you'll see a road that goes back into the woods (its covered in coal , bc the murph area is a mining site) you follow that back and youll find a bunch of trails . Just follow the ones that look like their ridden alot and you find hte two major hill climbs , big murph and little murph. The trials are sometimes a bit confusing but more than likely youll find a cuple people that you can follow that will know where theyre going?

its on rt 36 5 mins north of altoona...

its a nice place to ride... i've been there once and it has some half decent hills that most people are scared to climb... i did everyhill there with no problem on a stock 400ex goofing around haha

Hey kinda off topic, but did you and a friend race at Flying dutchmen, I remeber seeing some quads togather with red and yellow plastics switched

how hard was it to do big murph on your 400? what gear did u use?

i wanna try but i dont wanna flip my 400 b/c the repo ppl are lookin for it and if they find it i dont want it being all F***ed up

i can't remember its been awhile... i think it was 2nd gear but i'm not 100% sure... its been 3 or 4 years...
