Tire choice for a muddy race?

I have a XC race tommorrow. It is going to be pretty muddy and I am sure it will be rutted up since the bikes run before the atvs. I have a set of 22-11-9 Itp Holeshot XCT about 75% or a set of brand new 20-11-9 Holeshot HD. What do you think, The extra traction from the HD or the Ground clearance from the XCT?

If it's gone to be real muddy I would run the 22's.Best bet is to take both sets and walk the course and adjust from there.Now if the new HD's are paired up with a set of used fronts then I would definatly run the 22's because the new HD"s will push badley.
