Grinding Welds

K, now i know why i should grind down the welds on my headers but where are they, i probably more than likley have to take of my whole exhaust pipe? but where do i grind , is it the part where the header pipe connects to the exhaust or the part where the header pipes connect to the head? do i have to disconect the headers from the head, can i screw up my engine if i do that , anytips or how tighte to spec my bolts back back on ?

take the header off the head you have to take your whole pipe off) and look inside the header where it goes into the head. there's little welds right there. grind them off smooth. your done.

Ok its one header pipe but there are two parts that go in to the head so am i going to have to grind two welds?

Yes, you will have to do both of them. I would suggest you buy new gaskets as well.
