Most companies have already taken all the resumes they will and given out most of the sponsorship for the year as far as I know. Most companies take sponsorship during the fall and winter so you are a tad bit late but thats cool.

Nobody really has a resume you fill out, at least from what I've experienced. I've emailed all my sponsors my resume and all I put was just a little info about myself, recent race results, pictures of bike/truck/trailer....seems to have worked for me.
