big bore???

i was thinking of getting the 416 kit for my 400 and was wondering if you just remove the old sleave and the new(416) just slips right in, do i have to bore the alumunim cylinder to??? also i will have to rejet right? also who makes the best kit???and what pipe???:confused:

why buy a new sleeve when you can bore your stock one .080 over and it ends up being a 416

thanks but is that something anyone can do with some basic mechanical skill or will i have to get it done professionaly??also how much would a 416 sleeve be???:eek:

You do not need to resleeve your cylinder for a 416 you will just need to bring your new piston and your cylinder to a machine shop and have them bore your existing sleeve.
